Refund Policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items in their original condition. To start a return, customers must contact us before sending anything back.

Items that have been worn, washed, damaged after delivery, or returned without approval are not eligible for a refund.

If you receive the wrong item or a defective item, contact us with your order number and photos so we can make it right.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by our error.
